Health Problems Internationally Considered

Among the far-flung activities of the World Health Organization is that of convening "Expert Committees" and "Advisory Committees" and "Scientific Groups" to explore current problems and advise on re search needs of practically every facet of health needs, both animal and human. According to the annual Report of the Director General on "The Work of WHO, 1964," 167 such meetings and conferences were held between October 1, 1963 and December 31, 1964. Here are excerpts from a few of the more recent of these committee Reports which may be of interest.
