Lead Poisoning in Childhood

When detected early, before the onset of encephalopathy, lead intoxication sub sides rapidly under therapy. Here for the pediatrician is an outline of the problems inherent in early detection, along with summaries of the therapeutic measures be ing used at one center for the early case as well as the case with the dread com plication of lead encephalopathy.
