An Outbreak of Diphtheria

A small outbreak of 18 cases and 48 carriers of diphtheria in Sioux City, Iowa, is here briefly reported, along with a de scription of the multidirectional control program instituted by the Health Depart ment which is credited with preventing further spread of the outbreak.
