Childrens Hospital of Michigan, Detroit Perinatal clavicle fractures typically heal without complication, and subsequent refracture of the same clavicle during infancy or toddlerhood has not been reported. This is a case report of a fracture of the clavicle in a 9-month-old child who had previously suffered a fracture of the same clavicle at birth. A review of the evaluation and management of neonatal and post-neonatal clavicle fractures is also presented.
