Pediatric Urology Section Department of Urology Cleveland Clinic Foundation Cleveland, Ohio Hydroceles are common in children, with a frequency of 6% in term male infants.1 Abdominoscrotal hydroceles, however, are extremely rare in infants, with only nine cases reported in the English literature.2-10 Herein we report an additional case of an abdominoscrotal hydrocele in an infant and review the literature.
