Office of Medical Education, Ventura County Medical Center, Ventura, California Two unusual cases of intussusception in children less than a year old are presented. Each patient was brought to the author's attention because of altered level of activity, and both were found to be hypertensive. The hypertension resolved after the intussusception was reduced.
