Department of Radiology, Columbus Children's Hospital, 700 Children's Drive, Columbus, Ohio A 4.5-month-old female presented with stridor and acute respiratory distress. Chest radiographs showed hyperinflation of the left lung. Computed tomography of the chest demonstrated a small bronchogenic cyst not clearly identified by other methods.
