Perinatal Management of Major Gastrointestinal Anomalies Diagnosed by Maternal Ultrasound

Antenatal diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was made in four cases by ultrasound. We discuss the perinatal management of major gastrointestinal anomalies detected in utero in this way.
