Nephrotic Syndrome Associated with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

The nephrotic syndrome (NS) in childhood is usually idiopathic with minimal change on renal histopathology, but can be secondary to other conditions. A case of NS associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which went into complete re mission with appropriate chemotherapy is presented.
