Department of Pediatrics, Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania The nephrotic syndrome (NS) in childhood is usually idiopathic with minimal change on renal histopathology, but can be secondary to other conditions. A case of NS associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which went into complete re mission with appropriate chemotherapy is presented.
