Department of Surgery, Keesler Air Force Base Medical Center, Biloxi, Mississippi Ovarian cysts are relatively common in the adolescent, but cystic neoplasms of epithelial origin are seen infrequently. The case is presented of a 15-year-old female with an ovarian serous cystadenoma—the largest such ovarian cyst reported in this age group. The differential diagnosis of ovarian cysts in adolescents is reviewed.
