Department of Radiological Sciences, Oklahoma Chilren's Memorial Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Caroli's disease is a relatively uncommon form of hepatic cystic disease which, in the past, was best diagnosed conclusively by surgical exploration. The present case is reported to illustrate the utility of technetium-labeled hepatobiliary agents in establishing the diagnosis.
