Clinical Significance of Supernumerary Nipples in Black NeonatesDepartment of Pediatrics and Child Health, Howard University College of Medicine, Washington, D.C. The frequency of accessory nipples in black Americans is almost eight times greater than in white European patients. Association of a wide range of abnor malities with supernumerary nipples in whites has, thus far, not been our expe rience in black Americans.
