The Pediatrician and Family Planning in a Very Poar Community

Family planning services should be of prime interest to all pediatricians because of their direct relationship to the health and well-being of mothers and children. Maternal and Child Health Services offer a natural starting place for introduc tion of family planning services. However, family planning should be a part of total family health care for better acceptance, rather than merely a categorical program.
